I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

Really, I been moved with what I see to be real, and not just what I see alone, but what I see to be true.
